Your Maxxia account is now closed. Here’s what you need to know about moving to your new salary packaging and novated leasing provider.
You can access your transaction history by logging into Maxxia Online up to 31 July 2024.
Your Maxxia account closed on 30 June 2024, and from 1 July 2024 you’ll be moving to a new service provider who will manage your salary packaging and novated leasing services.
We’re working with all parties to minimise any impact on you during this transition. To help things run smoothly, we’ve put together a list of key dates and important information.

You can continue to make amendments until 29 May 2024, and submit claims to be processed from your available balance for eligible benefits until 20 June 2024.
Any amendments or claims after this time must be directed to Smart by calling 1300 175 244 or emailing [email protected].
We’ll be closing your account at 11.29pm ACST on 30 June 2024 and your new salary packaging arrangements will commence from then.
If you have a Maxxia Wallet card, it will be cancelled at 5pm ACST on 7 July 2024. Please try to spend all remaining card funds before then.
Any remaining funds in your Maxxia Wallet account after 7 July 2024 will be unavailable to access until the final reconciliation of your account and transition concludes, which is expected in mid-August.

You can continue to make amendments until 29 May 2024, and submit claims to be processed from your available balance for eligible expenses until 20 June 2024.

If you have comprehensive insurance with Allianz (arranged through Maxxia) for your novated lease vehicle, it will cease at 11.29pm ACST on 30 June 2024 and your new provider will provide insurance cover from 1 July 2024. If you source your own insurance this will continue unchanged.
If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll request that from Allianz include it in any balance of funds after reconciliation that we send to the new provider by mid-August 2024.
Your Maxxia-arranged roadside assistance will end at 11.29pm ACST on 30 June 2024. Your new provider will be in contact regarding your continuing cover.
Your Maxxia provided fuel cards will also stop working at 11.29pm ACST on 30 June 2024, so be sure to fill up your novated lease vehicle beforehand.
Your new provider will issue you with new fuel cards. If you need to fill up with fuel after 30 June 2024 and you haven’t received your cards by that time, please keep the tax invoice from the service station and then submit a claim for reimbursement to your new provider.
After your Maxxia account is closed, we’ll send the reconciled funds to your new provider to apply to your new lease account with them, which is expected by mid-August.
This allows for the final charges to come through from third-party suppliers, such as fuel card and maintenance providers.
We’ll continue to pay scheduled lease payments from your account up to 30 June 2024, provided funds are available in your account.
If there are insufficient funds, we won’t be able to pay your final lease payments. You’ll need to pay them directly to the financier until your new lease and deductions are established.
You can access your account information, submit claims and manage funds in your Maxxia account online. Simply visit Maxxia Online. Please note that no amendments will be able to be processed after 29 May and claims after 20 June. Access to Maxxia Online will cease on 31 July 2024.
If you’ve registered for the Maxxia app or Maxxia Online but can’t remember your User ID or password, just click on ‘Recover User ID?’ to have your details resent to you.
Your Maxxia account closes at 11.29pm ACST on 30 June 2024, you can still access your records on Maxxia Online until 31 July 2024.
